About us

in 2004, Geneva Business Consulting offers specialist accounting and administrative services to Swiss SMEs.

It aims to offer companies a full range of “outsourced services” from simple bookkeeping to the preparation of and assistance in accounting and audit tasks, as well as the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.

In addition to accounting support, Geneva Business Consulting provides related services including company formation and registered office services.

Ariella Perles is the co-founder of Geneva Business Consulting Sarl, a company founded in 2004, active in the outsourcing of administrative and accounting tasks for small and medium-sized Swiss companies, as well as providing advise to corporate restructuring.

For the past twenty-two years, Ariella has also served as Chief Financial Officer at Unimag Trading SA, an international trading Swiss company, primarily active in the trading of textiles from Asia and Turkey to Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to that, Ariella spent more than ten years at Arthur Andersen SA, where she held the position of Senior Manager in the audit department and specialised in the audit of international trading companies, as well as service companies. Alongside her auditor activities, she was also responsible for recruitment within the Audit department at Arthur Andersen.

Ariella Perles has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences, with a certification in business management, from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.

She holds both the Swiss and the French citizenship. She is French mother tongue, bilingual in English and also fluent in Turkish and Hebrew.
